It was instantaneous and I could install the product – the only hiccup was confusion created by messages stating the download being zip file while it was actually a RAR file. Finally, the portion about registering and activating the product was also confusing as I couldn’t find any option to do the same. Nevertheless, the product is working fine, however the cloud part, as stated, is not available. I also have a problem with the adobe pdf printer, which results in error most of the time….
